     Archbishop John Thomas Troy (Dublin) 1739-1823.

From Maurie Thompson WA. (Rumored to be the Father of Patrick Troy, but no evidence to date) Father was James Troy and his Mother was Mary Neville. He had 3 younger brothers, William b 1741, Walter b 1742, and James b 1748, as well as 3 sisters, last of whom was b 1755 John attended School in Liffey st. Smithfield , Dublin. He was born in 1739, near Porterstown, Parish of Blanchardstown, County of Dublin. He died 11/5/1823. There is also a Death notice for a Doctor Thomas Lee, Esq, MD, Stated as being a Nephew.
